Description : GRANULAT – our newest tool for creating cinematic sound and rich moving textures. It works by playing hundreds of small grains of audio, and then moving them in the sampling range to the left or right. You can use the modulation wheel to change the amount of shift or use any of the 9 tables to quickly add a complex move to the built-in sounds. The most remarkable thing about this technique is that you can freeze the sound in any position in the form of a wave. This also allows you to get controlled noise and sweeps, in which you can determine the speed of the transition.
GRANULAT comes with 250 kinematic instruments: from hybrid strings, brass to acoustic bell-shaped textures and vocal ambience. GRANULAT also features nine independently working sequencers and a basic FX section with reverb, delay and flanger. There is also a modulated filter. Their use can lead to the creation of large effects, like a phaser.
