Check out the secret techniques that professional artists use in their daily work. See the mistakes, creative choices and happy accidents that lead to the final quality of House, Tech House and Techno products.
Tuff London is a duo consisting of Ben Keane and Sam Townend. They achieved success with releases such as Front Line, Sending Love and Save My Soul. They describe their sound as a house pumping groove with a “precise rhythm”. “London had a unique take on House and Techno at the time, with artists like Sharp Boys, Steve Thomas, Trevor Rockcliffe and Alan Thompson shaping a distinct sound,” explains Ben. “This is where our love for Tough House music came from. That’s definitely what Tuff London’s music is mostly inspired by. We want to capture that exuberant party atmosphere that gives you the feeling of butterflies in your stomach, making you shake the air like crazy.”
Their alchemy in the studio is obviously producing results, and for the first time, they’ve opened up their session to show you exactly how they make music! Like every course in the Uncut series, it is actionable and shows every step they take, starting from scratch.
The purpose of this course is to show how this prolific production team not only goes above and beyond to get a project off the ground, but also how they work to make it complete.
