Luminoso – a library of violin phrases played live. 15GB library, thanks to NI compression technology – 6GB (4300 samples in total). 47 patches for Kontakt. If we talk about content, the library contains different types of chords and arpeggios, various rhythms, and phrases. Customizable performance scale: from one to 12 violinists. Independent microphone adjustment (Close and Room). There are effects on board: convolutional and algorithmic reverbs, filter, delay, compressor. Next are three types of instruments – Live (the original sound of the instrument), Mutated (processed designer sounds) and Mod Wheel Filter (this is the same Live version, but with filter control through the modulation wheel). The library was recorded with the participation of world-class violinists Martin and Kate Richardson (Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra).
