Ambius Prime is a unique and powerful collection of our Ambius atmospheric synthesis series, offering a wide range of design pads, atmospheres, leads, rhythms and acoustic textures. Each sound was created by our creative team from records of organic sources. We have captured a wide range of instruments, voices, environments and objects, to create thousands of distinct and subtle sonic aromas. In fact, no synthesizers were used to create this library at all. And with the help of our sophisticated modulation module Ouroboros, you can combine sound sources together into stunningly dynamic, flexible and inspiring synthetic patches for any style or genre. Immerse, adjust and automate every parameter with full control over each part or just press the Random button to instantly create an infinite number of new combinations of sound, parameters and dynamic modulator. It is equipped with an assignable XY pad, a fast modulator and a filter routing menu and an arpeggiator system to expand the already infinite creativity. Launch FX FX panel and change your patch with dozens of DSP effects, including convolutional reverb with more than 100 of our real and special spatial effects to modulate your sound.
The tool includes all the content from Ambius 1: Transmissions and Ambius 2 Systematik, as well as the exclusive new Ambius 3: Expanse, a huge selection of more than 1,000 new sound sources that are only available here in Ambius Prime. This is an ideal atmospheric texture pool for composers and sound producers of movies and games, as well as an extraordinarily powerful synthesizer for producers of electronic melodies.
Ambius 1 – Transmissions : In this first album of the Ambius series, we focus on the dark, mysterious and subconscious. You will admire the magnificence of endless choirs and be able to extract melodies from our bells. You will uncover the archives of ill-fated records, testifying to ungodly medical procedures, torn by wild terrible winds and engulfed by digital worms, swarming in organic pools of perverted logic. The banks category includes EVP, Industrium, Panorganic, Rictus, Root Canal, Swarming, Winds, Parachestral, Re-choral, Transmusical, Dig and Tuned, and each bank includes many unique sound sources.
Ambius 2 – Systematik : This second album explores a series of percussive sounds and transient attacks on layers 1 and 2, with a wide collection of tonal pads, sustains and drones on layers 3 and 4 that blend well when creating a new and unique instrument and concept. This allows you to blur the line between the leads and the surrounding textures and easily move between hard stubs and dreamy pads. We created a deep pool of elements to choose from and a form, with a wide palette of sonic flavors ranging from fat lo-fi leads and ending with crisp, complementary hi-fi soundscapes – all from the sources of live acoustic instruments.
Ambius 3 – Expanse : The third album of the Ambius series is available only here, as part of Ambius Prime. These sounds go even further, with more rhythmic elements, more drivey patches of leads, a wider texture variety and deeper sound evolutions. Expanse also offers outstanding sound design and presets from Spencer Nunamaker (Juno VHS), Kevin Alves, Nathan Boler, Paul Amos, Marie-Anne Fischer, Dominik Spychalski, Ben Rabenold and Mike Marino.
