Description : The Promars Plug-Out virtual instrument was announced, first introduced at the NAMM 2015 winter exhibition and simulating the rare one-voice analog synthesizer Promars Compuphonic (1997). Designed first as the “little brother” of the JUPITER-4, the Roland PROMARS Compuphonic Synthesizer has the stability and flexibility of microprocessor control with amazing analog sound. As a result, he became a synthesizer that offered an incredible punch (2 generators per voice and a great sound filter, 10 preset and 10 user patches – one of the first with memory!). Although we take programming for granted today, the inspirational sound of PROMARS could only bring ACB back, and now it is available as Roland’s incredible software synthesizer!
