JOYSTICK :
Play while you create!
Your center joystick is a powerful XY pad that allows you to quickly switch between the built-in Echo and Space engines that underlie the plugin, helping you create the perfect After Image.
If you want a clean, pristine Echo, slide to the left, and if you want an inspiring Space reverb, slide to the right. Slide up or down to open or focus the stereo image, or jump into the abyss to explore the possibilities between the extremes.
All the while, a purple visualizer will accompany you, responding to the dynamics and breadth of the sound you create.

ECHO SECTION :
The Echo section has been designed to give you maximum sonic flexibility without overwhelming you with unnecessary controls. We dive deep to offer you a whole world of echoes, from clean delays to rich analog echoes – the choice is yours!
TIME Sliders :
Take control of the 2 curved sliders to adjust the left and right echo timing independently. Explore and you’ll be amazed how much can be achieved with just these two sliders.
LINK :
Activate the Link button to link both timer sliders to each other. This is a super-smart way to keep the echo time of both the L and R channels at the same level.
BPM :
Turn on the BPM button to synchronize the echo time with the beat beat, or turn it off to explore the realm of delays outside of the beat.
ECHO NAVIGATOR :
Your super-fast way to travel through the depths of the echo engine. Choose from a variety of different styles, each containing different feedback configurations and textures under the hood.

REVERB SECTION :
A pristine reverb engine designed from the ground up to create multi-dimensional algorithmic spaces. Smart controls, intuitive design and amazing sound.
LIFT :
Lift the reverb space away from the original dry signal by increasing this control, creating a sense of increased depth.
SPREAD :
Raise the Spread slider to expand the stereo image of the reverb space and expand the outer edges of your speakers.
FREEZE :
Freezing through space and time is now a reality with After Image.
Activate the Freeze button to send your sounds into an infinite fade.
Tip: Automate this button on/off at specific points on your track!
DENSITY :
Press the Density button to thicken and add extra weight to your reverb and let the powerful multiband compressor work under the hood.
REVERB NAVIGATOR :
Your dedicated navigator for exploring a vast palette of reverb styles. Each Style changes the characteristics of all knobs in the Reverb section.

OUTPUT SECTION :
The Output section provides you with dedicated controls for adjusting the balance and output level of your After Image.
This section is used to quickly and efficiently create an overall mix that combines your choice of Echo/Space FX and the original Dry signal.
MIX SLIDER :
Gently curved slider for easy control of wet/dry balance.
MIX LOCK :
By activating the Mix Lock button, the current balance of the Mix Slider will remain unchanged when you decide to change the preset.
OUTPUT SLIDER :
A simple and affordable slider for changing the output volume, protected by a built-in limiter at extreme settings.

GLOBAL FX :
Your 3 Global FX modules let you add even more sonic performance and dynamic manipulation to your After Image.
All Global FX modules feature a power button, a blue arc Amount slider, and heavy mode options.
SCI-FI :
Turn on the Sci-Fi module to trigger chorus, phasic paranormal cocktail and add modulation to your After Image.
Tip: Activate the arrow button to increase the Sci-Fi intensity!
GRAVITY :
Never again have to worry about the atmosphere clouding your mix. After Image gives you Gravity, a force you can use to fade your Wet signal behind your Dry signal.
Tip: Activate the arrow button to change the laws of gravity even more!
GRAVEL :
The Gravel module is for those who like to add a bit of analog grain and drive to their sound.
Tip: Activate the arrow button to warm up the sound even more!

ANALOGUE FILTERS :
One of the most popular features of our latest “Tapeboy” plugin was the smooth performance of the built-in filters.
After Image has made its home for it so you can continue to use classic analog style filters to shape and create your sound.
Lo-Cut Filter :
One of the most musical sounding Lo-Cut filters you’ll ever use, with its frequency dependent variable slope adjustable from 20Hz to 1kHz.
Hi-Cut Filter :
Smooth out the top end of your sound with a Hi-Cut filter modeled after legendary passive designs, adjustable from 20 kHz to 1 kHz.

PRESETS :

After Image comes with over 200 factory presets designed by our experienced engineers. We’ve done all the work so you can stay in the zone and get inspired with just one click!
PRESET EXPLORER :
Browse all presets in full using the dedicated built-in browser window.
The explorer browser comes with smart features to help you store and find all your presets.
Choose the best combinations, remember, add new groups and search by name. Not to mention the expansion system that allows you to lightning-fast import and export presets with other music creators around the world.
PRESET NAVIGATOR:
The preset navigator arrows allow you to easily listen to all saved presets sequentially, with the click of a button, while remaining in the main plugin interface.
