The language you select when installing Speech to Text will affect what Premiere Pro display language will be when you install it.

Check the version of Premiere Pro installed.
Must have Premiere Pro 2023 23.1 or higher installed.
Run the “Autoplay.exe” file (an error may appear)
OR
Open the “Setup” folder.
Run the “Setup.exe” file.
Install the required language pack(s) Adobe Speech to Text for Premiere Pro.
The language of the Adobe Speech to Text plugin settings window is English (North America) only.
