Neural filters work provided that you have an account, if you are not logged in, you do not have one, then create one. Menu: Help-Login. When registering, you can enter any data, and any email, since confirmation is not required. After logging
into your account, you MUST restart Photoshop, otherwise the filters will not work. If necessary, edit or delete Neuro filters, after deletion a new folder with your data will be created.
Since the program runs with administrator rights, drag and drop does not work, use “Open with…” or “File”\”Open…” or drag and drop the image onto PhotoshopPortable.exe or onto the PhotoshopPortable.exe shortcut.
