Honey 3 includes 4 separate plugins: a “home” version of the famous equalizer (“classic”)
An accurately reproduced “vintage” version of the same device; VCA compressor; and channel strip,
featuring select modules carefully selected by the Acustica team.

Classic EQ:
This is our “home” version of the famous American equalizer, which first appeared on the market in 1975.
We started by building the hardware block itself from scratch and then proceeded to carefully sample it.
The result is a high quality plugin with a very nice top end, ideal for highlighting every element of the mix.
(We encourage you to treat yourself to the amazing preamp stage that is an integral component of this EQ’s global tone).
Vintage equalizer:
We sampled the original American-made console using a new, machine-made approach that ensures extreme accuracy. With rich character, stunning filters and wide, smooth response, Honey 3 Vintage EQ is the closest digital version of this equalizer available on the software market.
VCA compressor Instant Gratification:
This VCA design provides faster envelope times compared to other compressors of its type. It’s the perfect choice for adding depth and “glue” to your tracks or mix bus. And because it’s based on feed-forward compression, it has more in common with modern models than some of our other vintage compressors.
