Description : Whoosh are sounds that are short transition effects that sound like a whistle. As if something is flying fast in the air. You often hear the whistle effect used as a sound effect in movies. For example, in fights, when someone waves his fist or weapon in the direction of the enemy, making a whistling sound when moving, and then the sound of the blow itself.
The whistling effect mainly consists of white noise, such as the sound of the wind. This means that in fact he does not have a tonal pitch, at least not so noticeable. But there is a movement in it that quickly changes the tonal center, and sometimes even the stereo field. The whistle sound effects are very effective before the transition point, but since these are shorter sounds, they also work just fine to simply introduce a new part to your music. And especially before the biggest blow or preceding some kind of sound impact.
Now you will learn through practical examples and demonstrations how to create your own sound effects such as whistle in different styles. So, let’s continue in the next video, right now!
