Description:
The York Audio YORK 212 DV77 Cab Pack is based on a custom York Audio 2×12 cabinet with Eminence DV-77 speakers. The tone is simply massive and balanced, with a great character that balances between something new and something familiar. Low frequencies are GREAT and work like 4×12 but with 2×12 focus. The mid-range is straight and balanced. And the treble has excellent pick attack and note clarity without the peak of presence that we hear in many modern speakers. While the DV-77 is primarily regarded as a low-tuned metal speaker, it also plays surprisingly well with UK mid-gain tones and is great for 7-string and 6-string guitars.
