Description: Voxengo Elephant is a mastering limiter (limiter) in PC VST format. The most important characteristic of this software limiter is its maximum transparency limiter algorithm. Unlike many existing limiters, this one does not flatten (smooth out) the dynamic structure of the processed audio material, but gently peaks the signal and maximizes the sound volume without being distorted by the pumping effect.
With the release of version 2.0, Elephant has become a highly competitive audio mastering product. It offers comprehensive settings for level measurement
Limitations and several signal limiting algorithms. Built-in linear phase oversampling (oversampling) is the new standard in peak limiting and loudness maximization. Elephant also introduces a high-quality signal converter called Dithering with additional noise-shaiping – a method in which digital noise (quantization noise) is removed with the help of additional (usually high-frequency) noise.
