(2) 24 GB of RAM (system memory) or more may be required for increased scaling, especially if you don’t have a dedicated graphics card.
(3) Super Focus, Dust & Scratch, Wonder, and Standard Max AI are memory-intensive generative models. They require 8 GB of video memory. They can run with 6 GB of video memory, but will run slowly. 8 GB of video memory is recommended for optimal performance.
(4) If you only have an integrated graphics card and no dedicated graphics card, Topaz Photo will only run with 16 GB of RAM. However, even with the necessary RAM, insufficient video memory will slow processing (especially at high zoom levels), and the computer won’t be able to handle memory-intensive generative AI models.

Topaz Photo is an AI-powered image processing tool that helps users maximize image quality and reduce noise. This allows you to enhance your photos to make them appear crisper and more detailed.
Topaz Photo combines three tools—noise reduction (Denoise AI), sharpening (Sharpen AI), enlargement (Gigapixel AI), and face restoration—all powered by deep learning AI.
Importantly, the program can be used as a plugin for Adobe Lightroom Classic, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One, providing users with access to all the tools, including the aforementioned “Autopilot.”
