Description :
Kelvin combines flexible two-stage saturation with powerful push-pull EQ to create an inspiring new way to shape your sound.
Deceptively easy to use, Kelvin offers detailed saturation models, mastering-level performance, and extensive sonic possibilities with just a few parameters. Choose your favorite combination of multiple transformer, tube and diode circuits to bring tracks to life with rich harmonic coloration and warm saturation, or get creative with frequency distortion and beautiful analog tone.

Peculiarities :
• Add rich harmonic coloration, thickness and high quality brilliance to tracks and full mixes.
• Increased power, power and RMS with mastering level signal integrity
• Explore vast sonic possibilities by combining different transformer, tube and diode circuits.
• Shape saturation at different frequencies for precise fine tuning or creative sound design.
• Combine saturation with musical analog EQ, including classic passive low/high bands.
• Add width and dimension with the unique Harmonic Spread feature.

Key Features :
Interactive two-stage saturation!
Kelvin is built around two flexible saturation stages that can be placed in series, parallel, or mid/side for unique and complex sonic interactions. You get a deep live sound and a huge palette of tones only available by learning combinations of patterns, order and gain settings. Thicken up the low-frequency transformer and drive it into the tube stage for a slight sweetness in the high end, or find the perfect combination of buzzy diode clipping and warm tube overdrive.
An uncompromising detail!
With carefully tuned algorithms and highly accurate oversampling, Kelvin goes from subtle coloration to powerful tone distortion without ever losing its musicality. Choose from 10 extremely detailed and software-specific saturation models, each offering a distinct sonic flavor. Combine sophisticated models of renowned analog equipment with state-of-the-art models that add clean 2nd and 3rd order harmonics, or custom models that combine qualities from multiple sources for a unique Kelvin sound.
Depth, size and clarity!
The innovative harmonic expansion feature allows you to create stereo width by introducing small differences in the harmonics generated in the left and right channels. It’s a unique and natural-sounding way to add volume to both stereo and mono sources without compromising mono playback compatibility. The De-fuzz option de-saturates high frequencies and eliminates artifacts to maintain clarity even when the input signal is distorted.
Creative tonal control!
Intuitive Kelvin pre/post filters give you separate control over saturation and equalization. Tighten or saturate frequencies without affecting tonal balance to fine-tune or drastically change the saturation character, then use the EQ to smoothly shape harmonics, density and overall tonal balance. Choose from several filters with musical curves and analog phase response matching, or add extra color with classic Pultec-style bands enhanced with stepless frequency control.
