Description
This CD, produced by Numerical Sound, contains 99 stereo drones, ranging in length from 32 to 64 seconds. Stereo drones are all stable in pitch but have constant movement, so they are never the same from one moment to the next. For convenience in film production, stereo drones have been classified into seven categories as follows: Nature, Science, Drama, Industry, Voice, Ring and Stereo drones.
Each stereo drones are modern and original in nature, offering the film composer and musician an invaluable resource for creating film scores and sound projects. Used as foundation material, these stereo drones can be processed and transformed in any way, giving the user the opportunity to develop their own unique sound.
Drone Archeology is the first audio CD to include listing original stereo loop items. This gives custom CD drive features in the CD audio platform. The 114-page user’s manual included with each CD contains a new harmonic classification system, an understanding of the structure of these complex tones, and other useful technical information.
