Description :
SketchUp is an easy-to-learn 3D modeling program that lets you explore the world in 3D. With just a few simple tools, you can create 3D models of houses, sheds, decks, home extensions, woodworking projects – even spaceships. Once you’ve created your models, you can upload them to Google Earth, publish them as 3D models, or print them on paper.

Preparation for operation
Open .DMG
Copy the application file to the /Applications folder
At startup, something like this window appears with the name of the application being launched. Versions starting from Apple macOS X 10.13 High Sierra by default block launches of applications downloaded in a way not authorized by Apple, namely not through the AppStore or from unauthorized developers, who did not pay for an Apple Developer certificate.
You need to remove the attributes assigned to the file when it is written to the file system disk.
Open terminal and enter commands:

The code:
xattr -c /Applications/SketchUp\ 2019/SketchUp.app
xattr -c /Applications/SketchUp\ 2019/LayOut.app
xattr -c /Applications/SketchUp\ 2019/Style\ Builder.app

Tested
Tested on MacBook Pro Late 2013 Retina, 2.4Ghz Intel i5, 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz, Intel Iris 1536MB, macOS X Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132), Kernel Darwin 18.6.0 Works fine with
this configuration.
