We used 2 devices from the early 90s that were staples of the Underground Memphis Rap genre β the DR660 and its predecessor the DR5.
With these machines, weβve created over 100 original melody loops, over 100 analog drum sounds, and 30 drum loops. All of these sounds are processed by a true lo-fi cassette deck to give you true analog sound. Weβve also included a number of extras: melody elements, taped vocal samples, bonus samples, FL Studio Project (FLP) files, and a 20-minute video tutorial showing how to create beats with this pack.
