Description: AJ Hall is a professional drummer and record producer who has toured and recorded with Jon Cleary, Russ Liquid, Bill Evans, and Nigel Hall. In 2019 he started creating his own drum breaks which have since been used on recordings with Russ, Statik Selecta, Smoke Dza,! Llmind, Terminology, DJ Green Lantern and more. All of these drum breaks were recorded using three different drum kits, five different snare drums, and different Sabian cymbals. All drum breaks and drum sounds have been processed using analog gear such as a Roland SP303, reel to reel tape recorder and vintage cosmic echo. This set is perfect for those looking for the dirty, dusty and funky drum beats you usually find when browsing vintage 1970s recordings. This pack contains drum and percussion shots, fills, top loops, melodic loops and of course a lot of drum breaks. All of these drum breaks have been performed live by a real drummer, and each contains subtle human touches that will give your tracks the warmth and depth of classic hip hop and funk recordings.
