Description: The Dolby Encoding Engine is a file-based command line interface application for encoding Dolby Audio and Dolby Vision content.
The engine is a standalone, file-based software application, that supports the encoding of Dolby Vision, Dolby AC-4, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Digital Plus with Dolby Atmos content, Dolby TrueHD, and Dolby TrueHD with Dolby Atmos content while providing MP4 /TS multiplexing functionality.
The Dolby Encoding Engine offers a set of batch processing functionalities as well as replaceable plug-ins for multiple processing blocks. For example, JPEG 2000 decoding, HEVC encoding, and HEVC decoding. The engine includes a robust CLI an API that allows for straightforward integration into third-party products and workflows.

How to use? :
There are two options for using the encoder – console and and through the graphical interface
