MtoA – Rolling Back Action
Is MtoA installation progress being rolled back with the “Rolling Back Action” message? The issue is likely caused by an outdated version of AdskLicensing.
Diagnosed via msiexec log:

msiexec /i “C:\MtoA-5.5.6.1-windows-2026.msi” /L*v C:\mtoa_log.txt
Look for lines like these in the log:

CAQuietExec: checking single-user licensing version…
CAQuietExec: installed version: 15.1.0.12339
CAQuietExec: minimum required version: 15.3.0.12981
If confirmed, you need to uninstall AdskLicensing during the MtoA installation.
Use C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\uninstall.exe
