Description : DrumSpillage is a simulation-based drum machine for Mac OS X with 12 exclusive drum modules capable of synthesizing a variety of electronic drum sounds. The models realize various synthesis methods, including the classical analog, physical modeling and FM synthesis.
Sound Design : DrumSpillage 2 gives you everything you need to get the original drum sounds that fit perfectly into your tracks. Each drum model was carefully designed and tuned to create a certain type of drum sound, for example, a barrel, hi-hat and snare. Models offer a vast editing potential for creating unique percussion sounds that do not conform to the standard classification. The new unified interface in V2 makes it easy to get drum sounds in your music. Bass drums can be tuned to certain MIDI notes, and pads can be played all over the keyboard. 16 separate outputs allow you to manipulate sounds further in your sequencer or DAW.
Built-in effects : DrumSpillage 2 has a special distortion unit, a multimode filter, a resonator array and a frequency cipher on each pad. Distortions range from saturation with an analog style to all digital disruptions. The multimode filter is equipped with a new analog simulated low-pass, as well as filters with upper and lower range, bandwidth and tape filters, allowing to completely align the upper and lower ends. The 3-band resonator provides simple spatial processing effects along with classic comb-filtering, which adds an extra dimension to your sound design. Finally, frequency ciphering offers fine modulation or more extreme sound effects.
Modulation : In DrumSpillage 2, we significantly expanded the modulation capabilities. Thanks to the new forms of LFO and additional sources of noise, your drum sounds become even more dynamic. In addition, the LFO has a cross modulation function that allows the LFO and envelope to modulate the LFO frequency. Excellent for evolving and complex modulation. Almost every control in DrumSpillage 2 can now be controlled with the help of MIDI Velocity, ensuring the creation of extremely expressive rhythmic sequences.
