Description: Lightroom is a photo editing service from Adobe that includes desktop, mobile and web apps. Lightroom automatically backs up all your photos to the cloud and lets you access and work with your photos from any PC or mobile device.
Lightroom provides all the photo editing features available in Lightroom Classic and Adobe Camera Raw in one simple, easy-to-use solution. With Lightroom, you can easily work across devices. The available photo editing and organizing tools are similar to those you already use on mobile, desktop and the web.
Lightroom enables Lightroom for mobile (iOS), Lightroom for mobile (Android), Lightroom for the web, and Lightroom for Apple TV apps to work seamlessly.
More :
Edit anywhere
With easy-to-use photo-editing tools like sliders and filters, Lightroom makes it easy to work with your photos, helping you create unique images. Edit photos in full resolution anywhere – on computers, mobile devices or browsers. Changes made on one device are automatically applied to other devices.
Intelligent tag selection
Adobe Sensei technology uses machine learning to recognize people and other objects in photos and then automatically applies keywords for quick searches. Looking for photos of your cousin or snaps from a beach holiday? Automatic tags allow you to instantly find photos and create albums with different people and topics.
Convenient photo sharing
Send photos to friends and family, clients and anyone else. Post photos to social media, showcase them on your website by uploading them to Adobe Portfolio, and create stunning graphics, web pages, and video stories in minutes with Adobe Spark. All this and more is available with a subscription.
Learn from the professionals
Check out tutorials in the Lightroom app, plus inspiring content from professional photographers and educators to help you get the job done with step-by-step instructions.
How is Lightroom different from Lightroom Classic?
Lightroom and Lightroom Classic differ in several ways; however, there are three main differences.
The Lightroom apps for Mac and Windows have a similar and consistent experience with other Lightroom apps for mobile and web.
Lightroom uploads all original full resolution photos to the cloud. This ensures that all photos are backed up securely. This allows Lightroom to perform various tasks not available in Lightroom Classic. For example, Lightroom can be used to access all photos on multiple computers (for example, laptop and desktop, home and work).
Lightroom also supports cloud-based features like the ability to search photos by content without having to manually add keywords. For example, you can search for “dog” to find photos of dogs in Lightroom without having to manually add the keyword “dog” to the photos.
