important information for those who use 48k plugins
Update (24/11/2023)
1) R2R AA plugins that can work with any sample rate :
– Fire The Pump
– Black
– Salt
– Magic Flow
– Space Control
– Gold 5
– Ash
– Ash Ultra
– Pumpkin Pro
2) R2R AA Plugins that do not support 48kHz. Need Oversampling when project sample rate is 48kHz (but run fine at 44.1kHz & 96kHz) :
– Amber
– Howie Weinberg Mastering Console
– Gainstation 1 & 2
– Pink 4
– Sand 3
– Ultramarine 4
– Taupe
– Honey 3
all of 2) must be forcibly oversampled to 2x (96k) via an external host, otherwise the plugins do not work correctly.

Installation :

The Acustica Audio\Framework folder contains two folders – Framework-Official and Framework-R2R. You can copy any folder of your choice (later it will be clear where to copy) . The difference is that the Framework-Official folder contains the official files, while the files in the Framework-R2R folder were edited by R2R. Personally, I copied the files from the Framework-R2R folder and followed the experimental path. Everything works great. All the best!

Lazy installation:
1. Install the Framework
– Install the package w_dpcpp_cpp_runtime_p_2024.0.0.49848.msi from the Acustica Audio\Framework\Framework-R2R folder
– Create a folder with the final path C:\Users\@USERNAME@\AppData\Roaming\Acustica or use the file Make_APPDATA_Acustica_Dir.cmd from the Framework folder
– Copy files (18 pcs.) from the Acustica Audio\Framework\Framework-R2R\Acustica\Framework folder to the C:\Windows\system32 folder
2. Install plugins.
– Select the folder with the required plugin format. Move the selected folder to the appropriate system directory. Copy files from the !COMMON folder to the final plugin format folder in the appropriate directory system. For example, you copied the VST3 folder from the Fire The Pump folder to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3. Now the files from the !COMMON folder must be moved there. I hope it’s clear.

Installation for advanced users:
In essence, everything is the same, only instead of copying to C:\Windows\system32, we create a folder with the final path in C:\Program Files\Acustica\Framework, copy the files from the Acustica Audio\Framework\Framework-R2R\Acustica\Framework folder to C :\Program Files\Acustica\Framework and in environment variables add this folder to PATH

or

0) Download all the plugins released so far by R2R (don’t download the framework, it only works for Windows)
1) Go to the official website and download the corresponding plugin for trial version like Amber 3. (Note: you can easily activate VST, VST3 , AAX But Audio Units will not work because R2R does not provide resources for this)

2) Go to your plugin directory and delete unnecessary files. For example, if you are installing the VST3 version of Amber 3, after the installation is complete, you need to delete all the files, related to Amber 3, in the VST 3 folder. We only need amber*** **.vst3.
3) Open the plugin folder corresponding to R2R and copy the contents of Amber 3 from the COMMON folder into your plugin folder. The path will use your plugin directory. If you want to use both VST2 and VST3, you will need to make two copies in different directories.
4) Copy all N2S and XML to your plugin directory.

I have successfully tested everything that works.
