Important:
CyberLink has removed offline codec activation, additional h.265 output features, so you need to allow internet connections. Codec activation will be done automatically with a patched installation.
If you are using offline mode or blocked in a firewall or host, unblock them. Remove in hosts file if present:

Remove previous versions. Clean up registry remnants and user files (details in Instructions.txt file )
1. Install CyberLink PowerDirector Ultimate. Do not launch after installation is complete!
2. Run Reg Patch.reg and agree to make changes.
3. Place the Simkey file (from the Fix folder) with a replacement in the folder with the installed program
4. To enable codecs, import MKV or MP4, click the “Export” button, select HEVC or any other codec you want, and you’re done.
