Description: Egoist is a new plugin from Sugar Bytes, which promises to “squeeze the groove from any audio file.”
There are several key elements in this plugin, the first of which is Slicer. It can cut the loaded sample to 16 pieces (16 patterns are available that you can work with at the same time) and allows you to configure reverse, attack, recession, level and pitch parameters for each of them.
There is also a bass synthesizer and sequencer, in addition, the internal beatbox also has a simple sequencer. Creativity is further enhanced by the effects block based on Sugar Bytes Effectrix plugins. And finally, your patterns can be combined together using a common sequencer.
Slice Keys mode is available, which allows you to play back sequencer steps on the keyboard, along with all the settings and effects.
