Installation procedure :
Before installing Groove Agent 5:
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64).
Install the TEAM R2R root certificate:
TEAM R2R Root Certificate-R2R.
=> Check the certificate installation with R2RCERTTEST.exe.
Install the Steinberg Silk TEAM R2R emulator:
TEAM.R2R.Steinberg.Silk.Emulator.v*.*.*-R2R.
=> The minimum required version is v1.1.0.
=> Check the installation of the emulator with the included utility.
=> Always use the latest version.
Reboot your computer after changing! INSTALL:
Uninstall previous versions.
Mount the ISO file. Run the file “GrooveAgentSE_64bit.msi” and install.
If you have “Steinberg Library Manager (SLM)” installed
=> Start SLM.
=> Drag and drop the “Content” folder into the SLM GUI.
=> Install everything. Ready!
If you do not have SLM, please install manually.
=> Copy the “Content” folder to “%PROGRAMDATA%\Steinberg\”.
You must also install:
Steinberg Groove Agent 5 Content
