Description: Rare Signals represents a new standard in simulated leaf reverb modeled from the finest analog models in Europe and the US, with 24 independent decay settings and reverb tails that remain unchanged, preserving the natural sustain and stereo propagation of true analog giants.
Our goal was to make the absolute best recreation of the most legendary studio reverbs that were produced in both Europe and the United States in the 1960s and 1970s. We had access to the finest specimens of these analogue giants weighing over 600 pounds, as well as top-notch technical staff to bring them to condition like new. The plates have been tuned and serviced internally and externally to optimize performance and in some cases even exceed original specifications. We were actually able to get a decay time of six seconds from our European plate … that’s a full second longer than the original spec!
The Transatlantic Plate Reverb has been designed with simplicity as its top priority. We have deliberately made the functions and layout of the controls as intuitive as possible. We love the idea that you can start using it right now … without flipping through the manual pages.
