If there are no “NativeAccess.xml” there, copy included “NativeAccess.xml” to there.
If there are “NativeAccess.xml”, check its size.
If your one is smaller than included one, copy our one (your one should be old).

They are now using RAS3 (JWT/RS256) as a modern licensing solution.
“NativeAccess.xml” has information which product / version use RAS2 and RAS3.
If that information is outdated, some updated products don’t work as NI intended.
Legit NI user uses NativeAccess software to install / update the software,
which means legit users always have the latest “NativeAccess.xml” file on the computer.
