Valia is a pack of 200 carefully crafted analogue presets for Diva, targeting the dark depths of sci-fi cinema with a touch of Euro-noir. It seamlessly combines the futuristic elements of science fiction with the dark, realistic currents of European crime and psychological drama.
At the heart of the Valia is an arsenal of tight, pulsating bass lines and deep, punchy bass that form the backbone of the set. These core presets are complemented by a variety of infectious loops, arpeggios and driving sequences. Beyond the rhythmic elements, Valia also features brooding, animated and drifting pads, as well as ominous soundscapes, nuanced sound effects and gentle poly-synths to round out the package.
The set takes inspiration from the works of renowned composers such as Atli Oervarsson (Silo), Marco Beltrami (The Snowman, A Quiet Place), Ben Salisbury and Geoff Barrow (Ex Machina, Area 51), Jacob Groth (Millennium Trilogy), John Powell and David Buckley (Jason Bourne) and finally Harry Gregson-Williams (The Equalizer Trilogy).
Valia is a Diva preset pack for U-He Diva. Installing the kit doesn’t require much effort, just drag and drop it onto the Diva user interface. The entire soundset, along with all NKS files, is installed in one click, providing full NKS compatibility for users of Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol equipment. For your convenience, an installation guide is included in PDF format.
All presets have a few dB headroom and are tuned using the mod wheel for maximum performance.
