Sound Normalizer (Sound Normalizer) – Sound Normalizer increases, reduces, equalizes, restores, volume and size Mp3, Mp4, Ogg, FLAC, APE, AAC and Wav (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bits, DSP, GSM, IMA ADPCM , MS ADPCM, AC3, MP3, MP2, OGG, A-LAW, u-LAW) files without losing ID3, Mp4, Ogg and FLAC tags.
Changing the volume of files is achieved by checking and normalizing their volume level. Size reduction is achieved through built-in encoders and file normalizer.
The program has a built-in batch processor for batch checking, normalizing and converting Mp3, Mp4, Ogg, FLAC, APE, AAC and Wav (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bits, DSP, GSM, IMA ADPCM, MS ADPCM, AC3, MP3, MP2, OGG, A-LAW, u-LAW) files.
The volume level is optionally displayed graphically using a percentage value and in decibels (dB).
Wav, Mp4, Ogg, APE, FLAC, AAC normalization and validation is performed on both the peak level (Peak normalization) and the average loudness level (RMS normalization).
Mp3 normalization and verification are performed by the average volume level (RMS normalization). Mp3 normalization is performed without using forward (encoding) and reverse (decoding) conversion of Mp3 files and APEv2 tags.
Audio Normalizer also allows you to edit ID3, FLAC, Ogg, MP4 tags, convert FLAC to Mp3, FLAC to Wav, Wav to Mp3, Mp3 to Wav, Mp3 to Mp3, Wav to MP4, Wav to AAC, MP4 to Wav, MP4/AAC to MP4/AAC, Wav to APE, AAC to Wav, APE to Wav, APE to Ogg, Wav to Ogg, Ogg to Mp3, Ogg to Wav files with saving ID3, FLAC, Ogg tags using Lame 3.99.2, FLAC encoders 1.3.0, Monkey’s Audio 4.11, Ogg Vorbis 1.3.2 (aoTuV 6.03), FAAC Encoder 1.28 and listen to Mp3, Mp4, FLAC, Ogg, APE, AAC and Wav files using the built-in player.
