This release includes version 1.10.1 from previous releases,
as well as JBridge for x86 support.
To load additional and third-party presets into the TONEX program on your computer :
need to: Unzip the files and save them to a folder on your computer.
Open the ToneX app on your computer (not your phone or tablet).
Option 1. Go to the Home tab (left) or Library (right).
Click the drop-down menu below Home.
Select Import Preset from the drop-down menu.
Go to the folder where the presets are unzipped.
Select one or more preset files (in .txp format) to import.
The presets will appear in the Preset column of the program. You can transfer them to the pedal or save them under a new name for further editing.
Option 2. Create a folder in the TONEX program, either in ToneModels or in Presets.
Click on it and drag-n-drop one or more .txp files into the empty field that opens.
The models will appear in the lower field of the program, where they can be edited if desired.
Important: to install third-party presets, you need a paid and installed version of the ToneX program, they do not work in the mobile, tablet or trial version.
IK Premium models work in TONEX TCD!
Reinstallation information :
When uninstalling previous and other versions of AmpliTube and TONEX, the uninstaller does not completely remove all content.
You need to delete the remaining folders manually along the path: “C:\Users\USERPROFILE\Documents\IK Multimedia” and “C:\Users\USERPROFILE\AppData\Roaming\IK Multimedia”, saving, if necessary, presets and Library.db.
You should also clean the registry sections “HKLM\SOFTWARE\IK Multimedia” and “HKCU\SOFTWARE\IK Multimedia” from the remains of the removed programs. (TONEX or AmpliTube 5)
