Like our award-winning MODO BASS software, MODO DRUM lets your music sound real and natural and gives you a whole new level of control over the smallest details of each drum in your kit, from head size and tension to material and performance style, and also much more.
The innovative modal synthesis technology used in MODO DRUM transcends the boundaries of familiar sample libraries. Today we are setting a new standard for realistic, natural and highly customized drum tracks.
Unlike traditional sampling-based virtual instruments, MODO DRUM uses award-winning modal synthesis technology and an ultra-optimized sound engine to make your tracks sound alive and interesting.
The acoustic interaction of each drum is determined by its physical parameters: dimensions (length, width, etc.), material, coating and much more, as well as the modeling of playing style, the interaction of the top head with the rest of the drum body, the mutual vibrations of other drums, and finally interaction with room acoustics.
In short, MODO DRUM creates a real-time sound based on the interaction of the musician, the drummer and the room, and it also recreates the vibe of a real drummer. You will not only give life to drum tracks – you will also develop your sound incredibly.
