Do not create a shortcut on the desktop : /ND
Do not create a shortcut in the start menu: /NS
Selecting the installation location: /D=PATH
The /D=PATH switch should be the last one.
For example: install_file.exe /VERYSILENT /I /D=C:MyProgram

Note from the author of the repack:

To successfully activate the program, enable the built-in firewall if it was disabled.
But if a third-party firewall is installed, then block them from accessing the program to the network.
On Windows 10, turn off Defender on first start.
Note: Some antiviruses may block registration in the hosts file
