Description: B5 OrganBased on real tone wheel samples and fully modeled: from tone wheel sensors and AO-28 amplifier to resistive wires, rods and key contacts β¦ Everything has been carefully measured on different models and adjusted according to real organs.
True organ sounding with the flexibility of synthesis. The Hybrid Approach Hammondβs organs are complex animals, full of wires and mechanical parts. The best performances so far (with the exception of a real organ) have been made using pure synthesis, mainly because the organ operates using a set of 91 frequencies that are connected via contactors under each key and whose volume is controlled by levers. Sample-based libraries consist of the simultaneous stacking of thrust samples.
This works, but causes a serious problem: sometimes you play the same frequency twice, and due to phase cancellation, you never get the same sound twice when you press the same keys. We found a way, using a 91 frequency synthesis approach, but with real samples, that allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds: real recorded organ tone plus real mechanical behavior, but with the added benefit of functional drawbar controls and synth tuning options.

Installation :
A library with the ufs extension can be copied where it is convenient, in the Falcon settings (preferences soundbank) add the path to the library.
Copy the license file from the R2R folder with the R2RUVI extension to C: ProgramData UVI R2R
a UVI Falcon sampler is required to work with the bank
How do I get these type of packages to run on a Mac?
You need the actual Falcon sampler/synth engine……. not sure if there is a version for Mac (yet); there is a Windows version here. These are just like sample libraries for Kontakt.
