Description: Avid Media Composer is professional non-linear video editing software. Avid has long been the industry standard for film editing. The vast majority of feature films and TV shows in Hollywood are edited with Avid.
INSTALLATION AND TREATMENT
1. Loading.
2. Run as administrator the file Install Media Composer.exe
3. Reboot at the end of the installation.
3. After the reboot, enter your UEFI BIOS and disable secure boot. (if enabled)
4. Disable (set to minimum) UAC.
5. Disable antivirus.
6. Install as administrator Avid Media Composer 2021.12 Dongle BackUp.exe (this will automatically create antivirus exclusions for the C:\ProgramData\Avid\SWL\Settings* folder (at least in Windows Defender). If in your antivirus you need create an exception manually, you can do it only after installing the BackUp.exe key.
7. When prompted, restart the computer.
8. We agree to install an unsigned dongle emulator driver.
9. In order to remove the inscription “Windows in test mode” from the screen, in the uwd folder, run the uwd.exe file (if after that an inscription appears prompting you to update the license, click “Yes”).
