Start “Magic Bullet Suite 13.0.17.exe” file.
Click “Agree” – “Continue”.
At the end of the installation, click the blue button “Activate…” in the lower left corner, and the Red Giant Application Manager will pop up.
The Red Giant Application Manager window will load, and the Sign In pop-up window will open.
Click the “Cancel” button.
You should see the Magic Bullet Suite 13 section with the plugin thumbnails drawn.
Disabling the Internet.

Start Adobe After Effects and watch plugins in Effect > RG Magic Bullet.
