Description:
Painting lighting with brushes and gradients in the viewport is a highly interactive and intuitive way to create lighting in your scene.
What’s New (changelog)
In 1.0.9:
Reworked brush drop logic – behavior across the Hardness range now appears much more distinct, especially at stroke edges, closely matching Photoshop.
“Fill Color” now respects the active selection – it will only fill within the selection. Previously, this option was ignored. In 1.1.1:
Multi-step gradients (full ColorRamp-style editing in the viewport)
Oval radials + focus shift (no more than perfect circles)
Gradient mesh (new – place points anywhere and blend between them, like metaballs)
Noise on each gradient (7 types with proper controls)
Randomize button (colors/noise/layout/all)
