IrfanView is a compact yet powerful program for viewing and converting graphic files with advanced features, supporting numerous graphic formats and editing options.
In addition to working with graphic files, IrfanView supports many audio and video formats. Furthermore, the program’s capabilities can be significantly expanded with plugins, although even without them, IrfanView has many advantages:
it includes basic graphic processing tools, can convert files from one format to another, take screenshots and desktop wallpapers, has slideshow and thumbnail modes (displaying reduced-size copies), and can extract icons from *.exe and *.dll files.
