Neural filters work provided that you have an account, if you are not logged in, you do not have one, then create one. Menu: Help-Login. When registering, you can enter any data, and any email, since confirmation is not required. After logging into your account, you MUST restart Photoshop, otherwise the filters will not work.
If necessary, edit or delete neural filters, after deletion a new folder with your data will be created.
Since the program is launched with administrator rights, dragging and dropping does not work, use “Open with …” or “File” \ “Open …” or dragging the image to PhotoshopPortable.exe or to the PhotoshopPortable.exe shortcut.
In the App folder, you can delete any folders and files if necessary, except:
