We are pleased to introduce Handpan , the second library in the new Book Series . Handpan is a contemporary percussion instrument inspired by the physical properties of the Trinidadian steel drum, Indian ghattam, Thai gong and Indonesian gamelan.
With its timbre and harmonics, the hang is both a relaxing and creative instrument that can give your music a unique sound. It comes with 20 creative layers, from analog synths to acoustic instruments, which greatly expands the possibilities of the library.
Handpan is a ready-to-use instrument that is extremely useful for film composition, contemporary music production, and classic and detailed hang sound .

The recording
The library was recorded by our friend and musician Danilo Cafolla, in the Rocchi Studios in Rome. We used only top-end gear, and we searched for unique sounds and effects.
This library comes with two microphone positions.

The library provides also all the fine-sampling techniques, like round robin, dynamic modwheel and vertical layering.
Book Series
Book Series is a new series of rare instruments with unique textures. Book Series comes with a thoughtful user interface designed for easy sound control. The engine contains 18 creative layers created using organic elements and analog synthesizers, more than 20 spatial impulse responses, chorus, compressor, filter and delay.
