This inspirational The plugin keeps getting better and better. Since the release of the original Chords, we have developed Chords Pro to accommodate many user requests. Now it’s time for another innovative update:
CHORDS PRO + NOTES takes the concepts of the original and expands the features and functionality to eleven.
This plugin creates chords and arpeggios from simple ideas at the touch of a button, all fully customizable in an intuitive circular interface. Originally designed for EDM production but useful for a variety of genres, this redesigned workstation will play chords and note progressions with ease and ease. Try out new ideas in an intuitive interface, or click “Create” to tell the plugin to create unique concepts, from suggesting single 4-note chords to creating complex 8-chord multi-note arpeggios.
Place this MIDI effect in front of any MIDI sound generating plugin and hit the DAW’s play button. Smart algorithms will generate looped variations of up to 8 chords with full control over chord shape, inversion, velocity, divisions, arpeggio notes and more. Then simply drag and drop MIDI directly from the plugin into your project, allowing creativity to flow freely as the plugin suggests.

With such a good reception of the original plugin, we have updated CHORDS PRO + NOTES with many new features :
The most notable features relate to the new “Notes” mode, a completely separate interface page. This is a note pattern editor built into the chord playback structure. So, in addition to playing 4 notes for each chord at the same time, the Notes mode can divide each chord into 8 segments with independent control of each note of each section. This makes it easy to program piano melodies, plucked arps, trance chords and more. Along with preset sequences, there are copy/paste controls and repeat functions to help you program quickly.
Global chords:
Use the global controls to adjust the chord inversions, length, speed and key of the entire playback, making setting up an entire riff on the fly a simple process. To go into more detail, click on a segment for more detailed control over chord shapes (including major and minor variations), individual inversions, and velocities.
Create and Compare :
Use the A/B compare switch to lock in your favorite sequence while experimenting with another version of it. Click the Generate button to intelligently randomize one or more chords in a sequence based on the starting chords of your riff. CHORDS PRO contains 30 different chord types with musical sounding progressions for natural transitions.
Simple segments :
With up to 8 chord segments, each with up to 8 sections, you can trigger from one to four notes per chord. Then choose how to play those notes. Playback is synchronized with your DAW’s host BPM, always remaining time-locked. You can easily add and remove segments and change a number of parameters independently for each segment.
Main parameters :
Each segment can be programmed with an inversion of -6 to +6, transforming the shape of the chord and placing the root note within the chord itself. Experiment by raising the lowest notes an octave up or the highest notes an octave down, turning the chords inside out. These inversions also apply to note playback, providing a wide range of different playback options for each chord.
Simply Tonic :
With chords loaded and a segment selected, use the chord shape range in the center of the interface to choose between 30 different chord types: root, subdominant or dominant, from simple triads to mind-blowing shapes like Dbm7b5! The plugin automatically finds the correct notes for any associated chord.
Granular Notes :
Open a new Notes window to divide chords into sections by drawing a 4-note play of chords to create melodies, arpeggios and shorter chords. With Copy/Paste and Repeat options, it’s easy to sketch out ideas for just one chord and then apply that playback to others, experimenting as you go.
MIDI export :
To add chord progressions and arpeggios to your own projects, simply drag and drop them from the plugin into your DAW. You can then edit to your liking by editing MIDI, transposing and distorting sentences to suit your own style of music.
Powerful Presets :
CHORDS PRO + NOTES includes a huge number of factory preset chord progressions and sequence presets for arpeggios. All of them are labeled in detail and are useful musical motifs that will get you started quickly, which can eventually become the basis for entire tracks.
