The package contains samples played with both sticks and brushes, a unique collection of cymbals, as well as presets for the application’s internal mixer compiled by producer Peter Henderson and ready-made fragments of parts played by drummer Chris Whitten, supplied as midi files.
The SDX™ will allow producers to experience the sound of acoustic drums made by the best masters from the 1920s to the present day, such as Johnny Craviotto.
The Custom and Vintage SDX™ midi parts are played by drummer Chris Whitten. He can be heard playing on such classic hits as What I Am Edie Brickelland and The New Bohemians, The Whole Of The Moon The Waterboys and the Paul McCartney album Flowers In The Dirt.
