List of changes:
– The original installer of the program has been slightly modified and optimized by me.
– From the installer, with the exception of the required minimum, the Adobe Desktop Common module is cut out, which is installed by the original installer without fail.
– The Crack folder inside the image contains a set of tools and detailed instructions for curing the program.
Treatment procedure:
-=Method 1.Keygen=-
 1. Start the installation of Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 (file autoplay.exe ) and continue it normally until the end. When the installation is complete, click “Close” (Close), not “Start” (Launch)!
ATTENTION: Immediately after clicking the “Install” button, your Internet connection will be blocked for 10 seconds. This is a necessary procedure for installation.
2.Disconnect from the network. To do this, either disconnect the network cable from the computer, or terminate the connection programmatically. Alternatively, to programmatically disconnect the connection, find the network connection icon in the system tray next to the clock, right-click on it, select “Open Network and Sharing Center” in the pop-up window below, in the window that opens on the left click on “Change adapter settings”, in the changed right side of the current window or in the new window that opens, select the icon responsible for your Internet connection, right-click on it and select “Disable”.
3. On behalf of the administrator, run the Check_Disable.cmd patcherfrom the Crack\Keygen folder . To do this, right-click on the file and select “Run as Administrator” from the drop-down menu.
4. Launch Adobe Premiere Elements 2019. You will be prompted to sign in with your Adobe ID. Click “Accept” (I Agree). In the next window, click “License This Software” (License This Software). After a few seconds, when the installer determines that it cannot connect to the network, and the corresponding check is stopped, press Enter Serial Number.
5. Run the Serial_Keygen.exe keygen from the Crack\Keygen folder , use it to generate a key for “Adobe Premiere Elements v11.x”, enter it in the appropriate field of the Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 activation window and click “Next”. You will be prompted to sign in again with your Adobe ID. Click “I Agree” again. The Welcome window will open. Click OK and the program will run.
ATTENTION: Save the used key – you will need it later!
6.Close the program and start it again. A window will appear over the window of the program itself, where, among other things, there will be a link “Can’t connect to the Internet?” (Having trouble connecting to the internet?). Click on it! In the window that opens, click the “Offline Activation” button, and in the next window, the “Generate Request Code” button.
7. Run the keygen Activation_Keygen.exe from the folder Crack\Keygen. In the Serial field, enter the key you saved earlier, and in the Request field, copy the “Request Code” from the Offline Activation window. After that, press the GENERATE button and the result obtained from the Activation field, transfer the “Response Code” field of the Offline Activation window. Click the “Activate” button and complete the program activation.
8. Restore the previously network connection and enjoy the registered version of the product!
-=Method 2. Patch=-
 1. Start the installation of Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 (file autoplay.exe ) and continue it normally until the end. When the installation is complete, click “Close” (Close), not “Start” (Launch)!

2. Run the adobe.snr.patch.v2.0-painter.exe patcher from the Crack\Patch folder, select “Try to patch another product with amtlib file (64-Bit)” from the drop-down menu and click the Patch button. In a new window on the phrase “Can not find the file. Search the file?” answer yes. Then specify the location of the patched file. The default path is:
C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 \ amtlib.dll
3. Enjoy the registered version of the product!

2. Run patcher amtemu.v0.9.2-painter.exe from Crack\Emul folder . To treat Adobe Premiere Elements 2019, you must manually fill in the following fields: -Application name: Adobe Premiere Elements 2019
-Application LEID: V7{}PremiereElements-2019-Win-GM
-Version: 17.0

After that, click the Install button. The patcher will prompt you to specify the location of the patched file. By default, this path is:
C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 \ amtlib.dll

When asked “Do you want to open the configuration file to edit it?” in the pop-up window, give a negative answer.
ATTENTION:This method of treatment completely decouples the program from Adobe Application Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud and other mechanisms for communicating with Adobe servers. There will be no license validation checks, the startup speed will increase. But, it will also become inaccessible to use the online services of the program tied to Adobe servers.
